Fixed Price

This model is suitable for customers with well defined requirements and project schedules. Under this alternative, the customer pays a pre-agreed fixed price for the complete project which in turn is linked to clearly identified deliverables. According to the fixed price plan requirements once clearly defined are not supposed to be changed during the project development phase.

Milestone Billing

This option can be applied to large long-lasting projects with measurable phases. Payment schedules are defined on time (ex. monthly) or milestone basis. This model reinforces progress monitoring and reduces large projects risks. This model is a variation of the Fixed Price as every phase is developed within the Fixed Price model.

Time and Material

Time and Material model is of ideal choice for that software development project whose scope, specification and implementation plans are not easy to define at the inception. Under this model, customer pays us per use of the hourly development efforts with a commitment of minimum hours/month/resource. This model also can be useful for maintenance of ready-made applications.

Project requirements tend to change during the course of execution which asks for flexibility of additional or lesser resources. To facilitate such development, this model gives the flexibility of modulating team size, while optimizing on the time and costs. The execution steps under this model are same as the previous one except that the development effort is billed at the end of every month based on monthly generated time sheet and pre-negotiated hourly rate.
